Cancellation & reschedule
- Free reschedule up to 12 hours before the slot.
- 50% fee within 12 hours of the appointment.
- 100% fee if the therapist is dispatched or arrives.

- Payment due at the end of the session.
- Add-ons and after-hours requests priced upfront.
- Travel surcharges may apply for outer zones.
